In-person or telehealth therapy sessions are available, or a combination of the two, as needed.
Sessions
I see individuals and couples both in person or via zoom. I'm open about what to expect, and I believe in clinical transparency. Integrating values, strengths and intersectional identities of each of my clients is my top priority, and I do my best to minimize the power differences in the therapist-client relationship.
15 Minute Consultation (first step)
As a first step to working with me, I provide a complementary 15 minute consultation over the phone. This time is to discuss your goals, questions and concerns. I will also openly think out loud with you about what next steps might be.
Ongoing sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes. The first session provides space to discuss what brings you in, collaborate on your goals, and problem-solve. There is no pressure to continue if you would like to try someone else (I'm a strong believer in finding the right fit).
Session Pricing
Based on frequency and type of therapy, I charge $130-$150 per session. Cost is something I am open to discussing during the initial consultation phone call, and I'm happy to share about ways to use insurance to cover therapy out-of-network, as I am not on any insurance panels at this time.
Individual Session
$140 – 50 minutes
Couples Session
$160 – 50 minutes

Payment & Insurance
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of the session. All major credit cards, cash, and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted.
Insurance
I'm happy to share about ways to use insurance to cover therapy out-of-network, as I am not on any insurance panels at this time. I can also provide a reimbursement invoice if you have an Out-of-Network insurance provider. Many people find that their insurance covers therapy outside of their network. You can always call your provider to ask directly.
