Hello!
I’m Amanda, a trauma-informed psychologist and integrative Reiki Master in Boise, Idaho.

Hello!
I'm Amanda, an integrative healer and reiki master, with a background in clinical training as a trauma-informed psychologist. My work weaves together evidence-based practices, intuitive knowing, and somatic release.
Through intuitive energy healing, writing, and teaching, this space supports movement beyond coping and survival, into embodiment and authentic, soul-led living.

Integrated Healing
This space is for those who carry wounds the mind can name, but the body has not yet fully released. For the felt sense, the old belief, or the tension that lingers even after insight has arrived.
Here, the body and heart are invited to catch up with what you already know to be true. We may understand that we are safe, sometimes we are simply waiting to feel it.
This work does not require force or effort. When the body is given space to settle and reorganize, healing unfolds naturally. Chapters can close. New ones can open. We move beyond coping and survival into steadier, more authentic expression.
Integrated healing happens when the past begins to truly feel like it belongs in the past - in that soft opening, we begin living from choice instead of reflex.
