Integrative Energy Healing sessions
Holy Fire Reiki (Master) is offered to support balance and restoration across body, mind, heart and spirit. Sessions incorporate elements and sacred smoke, essential oils, and quartz sound bowls. I also draw from my experience in quantum healing and training in shamanic practices, always oriented toward supporting your intention.
Sessions create a space free of the constraints presented by the analytical mind, or linear time, where clarity, release, insight, or deep rest can emerge naturally. Each person’s experience is unique, and can range from subtle physical or emotional shifts, warmth, and peace; others encounter somatic release, expanded states, a return of energy, or renewed sense of Self.
All practices are offered with training, permission, and reciprocity. This work isn’t psychotherapy; it’s an intuitive, spiritually grounded modality that complements therapeutic or personal healing journeys.

I draw from my psychodynamic, Jungian, and depth-psychotherapy experience, combined with intuitive symbol recognition, to offer written dream reflections to help illuminate what the psyche may be communicating beneath the surface.
